(Vắc xin nhược độc, đông khô phòng bệnh tiêu chảy cấp (PED) trên lợn chủng Avac/98 và D14)
THÀNH PHẦN:
Mỗi liều tối thiểu 104,5 TCID50 vi rút PED với mỗi chủng nhược độc: Avac/98 (Genotype 1) và chủng D14 (Genotype 2).
CHỈ ĐỊNH:
Tạo giống miễn dịch chủ động cho nái mang thai và nái giống để phòng bệnh cho lợn con mới sinh chống lại vi rút PED độc lực cao.
ĐƯỜNG DÙNG: Tiêm bắp.
LIỀU LƯỢNG VÀ CÁCH DÙNG:
– Pha vắc xin với dung dịch pha vắc xin Avac Diluent đi kèm tương ứng sao cho mỗi liều vắc xin hoàn nguyên trong 2ml dung dịch pha.
– Tiêm mỗi con 2ml.
+Liệu trình:
– Hậu bị: Tiêm 2 mũi trước khi phối 4 và 8 tuần.
– Nái mang thai: Tiêm hai mũi, mũi 1 tiêm vào 6-8 tuần trước khi sinh, mũi 2 tiêm vào lúc 2-3 tuần trước khi sinh.
CHÚ Ý:
– Chỉ tiêm cho những lợn khoẻ.
– Không để đóng băng trong quá trình bảo quản và vận chuyển. Vắc xin nên để ở nhiệt độ phòng và lắc kỹ trước khi sử dụng.
– Không sử dụng chung với các loại vắc xin khác, có thể sử dụng đồng thời thuốc kháng vi rút và thuốc kháng sinh.

(Freeze – dried, attenuated PED vaccine Avac/98 strain and D14 strain)
COMPOSITION:
Each dose contains at least 104,5 TCID50 attenuated Porcine Epidemic Disease (PED) virus per strain including Avac/98 strain (Genotype 1) and D14 strain (Genotype 2).
INDICATION:
Avac PED Live is recommended for immunization of pregnant sows and gilts in order to protect newborn pigs from high virulent PED virus.
ADMINISTRATION ROUTE: Instramuscular Injection.
DOSAGE AND USAGE:
– Reconstitute vaccine with the enclosed “Avac Diluent” solvent, non – dilution with others. Each dose of vaccine will be equivalent 2ml of diluent.
– Each pig should be injected 2ml.
*Vaccination schedule for swine:
– Gilts: Inject 2 shot at 4 and 8 weeks in prior to insemination.
– Pregnant sows: the first shot at 6-8 weeks, and the second shot at 2-3 weeks pre-farrowing.
PRECAUTION:
– Only use for healthy pigs.
– Do not freeze during storage and transit process. Vaccine should be kept at room temperature and wel shake before using.
– All diluted vaccines should not be frozen and must be used within 2-3 hours.
– Do not use together with other vaccines, antiviral drugs and antibiotics can be use simultaneously.
– Do not use product was cracked, discolored and expired.
– The excess vaccine and vial need to be sterilized and handled according to the regulation.
– Use only sterilized tools and contained with no detergents to inject.
STORAGE: Kept at 2-80C, protected from sunlight directly.
